As solicitor for four second class townships, one borough, and five municipal zoning hearing boards, Bill also has an active and diverse municipal law practice. As a municipal solicitor, Bill has significant experience drafting ordinances, agreements, leases, and other transactional documents, as well as performing extensive document review. As a zoning hearing board solicitor, Bill has advised zoning hearing boards during numerous evidentiary hearings, and he has extensive experience drafting zoning decisions. Over the years, Bill has developed a strong working knowledge of
Bill's litigation experience makes up 50% of his practice, and includes the presentation and trial of cases before numerous tribunals, including jury trials and bench trials in county courts, and hearings before magisterial district judges (formerly district justices). He also appears regularly on behalf of businesses and individuals before administrative agencies, including state workers' compensation judges, unemployment compensation referees, social security administrative law judges, municipalities and municipal zoning hearing boards.
